I sure do, going from 1 Pentium 4 1.5 singel core to a Pentium Dual Core, and now to my baby the Xeon x3220, oh you bet I notice the difference.

I notice the difference between my old AMD Athalon 64 2500 and my new Phenom II X3 BE 920, it may only be 2 more cores, but the L3 cahce and the 2.66 clock speed definetly allows noticibility.
